ERSTWILDER - Poppy Field Brooch

This elegant red poppy brooch, symbolising our collective appreciation for the efforts of all those who have fought and died in the defence of freedom the world over, is made from a combination of textured and glitter resins.

In partnership with RSL Victoria, Erstwilder will be donating $2 from the sale of each poppy design on ERSTWILDER.COM to The Poppy Appeal / ANZAC Appeal. This donation value will be doubled during ANZAC / Poppy Appeal campaign periods. Erstwilder will not be placing a limit on the number of poppies produced, to ensure that we can continue our support for current and ex-service men and women and their loved ones, in perpetuity.

DESIGN STORY

"Gatherings in grand hotels. Forging friendships throughout. Finding rest in foreign lands."

Each piece is made from laser-cut and layered resin, hand assembled, hand painted and released in limited quantities. As all of our designs are lovingly glued, assembled and painted by hand, there can be very slight variations and blemishes from piece to piece. Due to the hand-mixed nature of the resins in our designs, it is also common and normal to find tiny flecks or bubbles in the resin layers. All in all, this just makes each piece as special and unique as you are.

Brooch clasp is made with 100% stainless steel pin and plated brass screws. Components have changed over time and older designs may be made with other materials. If you have any questions at all, please email the team at hello@erstwilder.com.
